Iran, Houthi mercenaries and Hezbollah: Yemen’s destruction machine

The evidence presented by the Saudi-led Arab Coalition to Support Legitimacy in Yemen that Lebanon’s Hezbollah is involved in training Houthi militia members reveals many of the terrorist triad’s misdeeds in the region.

Most significant, however, was the coalition’s ability to access details of the relationship between regional terrorist forces and organizations and their Houthi ally in Yemen.

In addition, the most accurate information and insights from security agencies linked to Houthi militias and their supporters in the region, who are seeking corruption in Yemen, were revealed.

Security breach

These findings, revealed by the media-backed evidence, are “a major breach of the security system of the Houthi militias”, said Yemeni journalist and political analyst Ammar al-Zuraiqi.

Al-Zuraiqi said that the militias have tried throughout the past period to keep their military operations or secret meetings away from any monitoring, without any information or pictures.

He said that the Houthi militias had kept their secrecy, worked with allies or experts on the ground, and succeeded in winning the allegiance of the security services, which they had ultimately controlled since they took control of Sanaa.

The journalist al-Zuraiqi confirmed that the Houthis continued their secretive style, imagining their complete success in this regard. However, the Arab coalition’s recent announcement has destroyed all the illusions the Houthis believed and built.

“The recent development that the coalition started with precision bombing based on precise information comes within this context, and confirms that the Houthi militias’ secrets are within the reach of the coalition”, he said.

He also said he uncovered Houthi’s papers and his ties to regional organizations, including the presence of Lebanese Hezbollah members and experts, as well as leaders from the Quds Force of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps, al-Zuraiqi said.

Coalition message to the world

“The coalition seeks to send a message to the world, not just to Yemenis, that it is fighting Iran and its militias, particularly Hezbollah”, the Yemeni political analyst said.

Al-Zuraiqi claims that not only the Houthis targeting Saudi Arabia, but also these groups and transnational terrorist states.

Ammar al-Zuraiqi concludes that the coalition is declaring to the world that these evidence-based results require a review of any Western or American decisions or trends that prevented them from providing them with deterrence weapons to confront the terrorism of these organizations.

Coalition uncovers conspiracy

Fahd Taleb al-Sharafi, a Yemeni journalist, said the coalition’s video footage of Hezbollah leaders’ meetings with Houthi leaders indicates the coalition is fully aware of the details.

He said that the coalition’s release of video documents of Houthi leaders’ meetings with leaders of what al-Sharafi called the “terrorist Hezbollah of Al-Lat” is an example of the depth of its relationship with the militias.

He added: What the coalition has achieved is an indication of the extent to which they are aware of the details of what is going on in caves and closed rooms.

“All the betrayal and collusion of any forces that conspire with the Houthis is exposed to the coalition in full detail”, he said.
