Final ruling .. the second “Life imprisonment” for the Brotherhood’s guide in Egypt in less than a month

An Egyptian court on Sunday upheld the life imprisonment of Mohamed Badie, the leader of the terrorist Muslim Brotherhood, and 10 other members of its leadership in the case of “storming the eastern border”.

This is the second Egyptian Life imprisonment against Badie and other Brotherhood leaders in less than a month.

The Court of Cassation – the highest and last court in Egyptian courts – ruled that Mohamed Badie, the Muslim Brotherhood’s guide, and 10 other leaders of the terrorist Muslim Brotherhood support life in the case of the storming of the eastern border.

The court also acquitted Muslim Brotherhood leader Sobh Saleh and 7 others, and canceled the 15-year strict sentence against them in the same case.

The Egyptian Criminal Court sentenced Mohamed Badie and leaders Mohamed El-Katatni, Essam El-Eriani, Mohamed El-Beltagi, and others to life in prison for their involvement in the case.

The same court sentenced Sobhi Saleh and others to 15 years in prison, acquitting 9 others, and confiscating mobile phones and placing them at the disposal of the General Intelligence before the Court of Cassation issued its ruling in support of the decision.

On June 14, Egypt’s Court of Cassation (the country’s highest arbitral tribunal) upheld that Muslim Brotherhood guide Mohamed Badie and several other leaders were sentenced to life in prison after being convicted in the dispersal of the Rabaa al-Adawiya sit-in.
