Houthi summer centers… Brainwashing and hunting down fighters

“The Houthi militias, Iran’s arm in Yemen, are mobilizing children in their summer centers in all of the Yemeni provinces under their control”.

“While these centers are closer to the camps, children never leave them and their program includes military training and sectarian and atonement mobilization, which consider Yemenis a legitimate target for killing for not giving them the Iranian arm’s mandate.”

A video circulated on social media platforms of scenes from a military exercise held by Iran’s arm in summer centers that drew children as young as 10-17 drew widespread condemnation.

Yemeni Minister of Information Muammar al-Eryani  “sounded the alarm about the dangers of turning hundreds of thousands of children into an unpredictable time bomb and a serious source of threats to regional and international peace and security, and not leaving them hostage by a terrorist militia whose decision is in the hands of Iran and proves that it does not understand the language of peace and that it is only proficient in killing and destruction”.

The Minister called on human rights and child protection organizations to carry out their humanitarian and moral responsibilities, to press for an end to the genocide committed by the Houthi militia against the children of Yemen, and to bring those responsible for their recruitment to justice as war criminals under the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court.

Identical sources have confirmed that reinforcements and huge crowds of Iranian-backed Houthi militia have arrived in the Marib and Al-Jawf governorates over the past two days, including the first batch of school students who were assembled in what are known as “summer centers” over the past period.
