In Yemen, a rebel bombing killed 5 people, including a woman
Five civilians, including a woman, were killed and 23, including two women and five children, were wounded by a ballistic missile fired by Houthi terrorist militias on the airport neighborhood in central Marib.
Yemeni Minister of Information Muammar al-Eryani condemned the horrific massacre committed by the Houthi terrorist militia when an Iranian-made ballistic missile struck the airport neighborhood in Marib city.
In a series of tweets posted on his official Twitter page, al-Eryani said the bombing was a full-fledged war crime and a cowardly act of revenge, reflecting Houthi’s state of bankruptcy following recent defeats and losses.
Al-Eryani said: “We condemn in the strongest terms the horrific massacre perpetrated by the Houthi terrorist militia of Iran, targeting the densely populated Airport neighborhood and displaced persons in the city of Marib with an Iranian-made ballistic missile, which killed five civilians, including a woman, and wounded 23, including two women and five children, in an unfinal toll”.
He added: “The deliberate targeting of residential neighborhoods and civilians by the Houthi terrorist militia in Marib province is a full-fledged war crime and a cowardly act of revenge that reflects the state of bankruptcy it is suffering after the heinous defeats and losses it suffered at the hands of the army’s heroes, the resistance and the giants’ brigades on various battlefronts”.
Al-Eryani called for international action against Houthi, adding: “We call on the international community, the United Nations, human rights organizations and UN and US envoys to issue a clear and unequivocal condemnation of this heinous crime, to speed up the inclusion of the Houthi militia in international terrorist lists, to prosecute and try its leaders, and to ensure that they do not go unpunished”.
