Lebanese government declares bankruptcy.. Lebanese analyst: Hezbollah is one of the reasons and lack of vision
The economic situation in Lebanon is still very difficult, with the country experiencing many economic losses as a result of the dire conditions that the Lebanese state is experiencing. Despite all these crises, there will be no intervention by Hezbollah, which was one of the perpetrators of the current economic crises in Lebanon.
Bankruptcy of Lebanon
Over the past few hours, Saadeh Al Shami, Deputy Prime Minister of Lebanon, declared the bankruptcy of the state and the Central Bank of Lebanon.
In a televised statement, the Lebanese Deputy Prime Minister said: The losses will be distributed to the State, the Bank of Lebanon, banks and depositors, and there is no fixed percentage. Unfortunately, the State is bankrupt and so is the Bank of Lebanon. We want to achieve a result. The loss occurred because of the policies of the contracts. If we do nothing, the loss will be much greater.
With regard to the IMF negotiations, he stressed that in the midst of negotiations with the International Monetary Fund and in daily contact with the IMF, for the first time this large mission had come and we had made significant progress in IMF negotiations.
Many crises
Lebanese political analyst Tawfiq Shoman said the economic crises in Lebanon are due to the lack of real vision among successive governments, as well as the many political events that Lebanon has been through and which have played a major role in the difficult economic crises that Lebanon is currently experiencing.
The Lebanese political analyst added that Hezbollah is also one of the reasons Lebanon suffers from economic crises, especially since it has entered Lebanon into many crises with Arab countries by supporting terrorism and incitement against states, pointing out that all of these things have brought Lebanon into many crises that led to difficult economic conditions.
Economic crises have taken a dangerous turn, especially in light of the numerous crises the country is experiencing, which confirms that the present time needs to save the country from the difficult conditions Lebanon is currently experiencing, he said.
