Lebanese health ministry: Beirut explosion killed at least 137 and injured 5.000

A Lebanese health ministry spokesperson reported on Thursday that the big explosion at the Port of Beirut killed almost 137 people, and left dozens missing and at least 5,000 have been injured.

The explosion of Tuesday destroyed a part of the port and caused destruction widely in the heart of the city, inducing fears that the final death could increase significantly.
