The dimensions and pioneering achievements affecting the people and the nation
The Hashemite Royal Vision of HM King Abdullah II was accompanied by the working visit of Prime Minister Bisher Al Khasawneh, accompanied by the Head of the Royal Hashemite Court, Youssef Al Issawi, to the full day of the visit between the governorates of Irbid and Ajlun. It brought with it the practical dimensions and parameters that the King called for, within his social development vision, in all their political roles governing the lives of Jordanians, including the social empowerment, especially of women and youth.
During the launch of the initiatives, the Prime Minister stated that the dimensions of the royal vision are:
First dimension:
Providing decent life, including providing 200 housing units for vulnerable families in the two governorates and building new schools and primary and comprehensive health centers, including the start-up and full operation of the al-Iman Ajlun Hospital early next July. The Maaz Bin Jabal Hospital in the Al-Aghwar ash-Shamaliyah Brigade was provided with a magnetic resonance device, the rehabilitation of the Al-Himmah Al-Ordonyah Tourist Area, the rehabilitation of the Center for the Care of Persons with Disabilities in the Horan Plain area in the Ramtha Brigade, and the establishment of three health centers in the areas of Orjan, Sanar and Al-Shifa. This dimension reflects the importance of the health sector to the lives of citizens.
Second dimension:
Economic overview of the importance of establishing a center for packing agricultural products and addressing the problem of the factory of tomato paste in the Al-Aghwar region. Royal initiatives also included the establishment of a factory within the productive branches initiative and providing it with the necessary buses.
Third dimension:
Socially and politically, by sustaining communication with citizens in the provinces and by reflecting on their needs, which HM the King and HH Prince Hussein, the crown prince, attach importance to the vision of the future.
The directives are complemented by royal initiatives launched in various provinces, clubs and camps to improve citizens’ standard of living and services.
Fourth dimension:
Strengthening the strength of national affiliation through the government’s commitment, within the second perceptions of the achievements of the Jordanian state, to enhance credibility and transparency in its dealings with our good people, whose best is always sought within the framework of the King’s vision, which strives day and night to try to secure the best, with the Kingdom as the model in development, security and peace, and to confront crises, whose decisions are led and supported by the will of the Supreme Leader.
In accordance with these dimensions, the Prime Minister has put forth real visions based on the obligations of the executive branch, in full, and on communication and partnership with the effective constitutional authorities, which will ensure the outlook with guarantees of security and social peace, the strength of the Jordanian Arab Army, and all the security services, and in the presence of the Fourth Authority, the Jordanian national media..
The Head of Government and the President of the Royal Court presented a pioneering national chemistry that leads the works, initiatives and royal vision in accordance with the following achievements:
First accomplishment:
Entering the Kingdom of Jordan in the second percentile of the life of the Jordanian State, to which many bet in the first hundred that it will not be sustainable, but whose bet will be a failure. This State, the system and the good national fabric will remain a good refuge in the second percentile, as we regain our ability to dream and achieve, by maximizing and developing our culture.
Second accomplishment:
Take care to overcome the frustration and anarchy that afflicted many of the people’s forces, due to the difficult economic, environmental and health conditions, with the absolute belief that Jordanians believe in their homeland and its leadership to overcome these challenges and difficulties.
Third accomplishment:
Controlling the challenge of the draft state budget, which has passed due to regional circumstances that have been deepened by the coronavirus pandemic, and regional and international circumstances. The budget depends heavily on taxes in the absence of foreign aid at the previous pace, because one of the reasons for the non-delivery of this aid is Jordan’s national positions, foremost among them its position on the Palestinian issue and support for the right of the Palestinian people to establish their independent state on the lines of 4 June 1967 with East Jerusalem as its capital, in addition to Jordan’s adherence to the Hashemite guardianship over Islamic and Christian holy sites in Jerusalem.
Fourth accomplishment:
Attracting investments that drive economic development, employing young job seekers, monitoring unemployment and poverty, and preparing a new investment bill that would ease investor procedures, reduce bureaucratic procedures, and reconsider the cost of electricity on investments, thereby enhancing their competitiveness.
Fifth accomplishment:
Under the leadership and the care of the King and the follow-up of the Crown Prince, the government has been able to move forcefully and consciously towards recovery from the Coronavirus pandemic, and is preparing, with all sectors, to announce a gradual end to the procedures related to the Coronavirus pandemic, including reducing the number of daily tests, moving to the stage of coexistence with the epidemic in its various phases, in addition to not putting restrictive measures on any sector, especially the tourism sector.
Sixth accomplishment:
In accordance with the constitutional requirement guaranteed by the King, the National Assembly approved the constitutional amendments linked to the two draft laws on political parties and elections, which are now being discussed by the Legal Committee in the House of Representatives and will be approved before the end of the ordinary session.
Seventh accomplishment:
Solving the problem of unemployment, which is problematic, President Al-Khasawneh believes that it will not come without empowering the private sector by promoting an attractive investment climate and boosting the economy, to expand the gross domestic product, to find clear approaches to solve this problem, and to harmonize the requirements of the labor market with academic specializations, many of which are stagnant. He called for the importance of getting rid of the culture of shame through the demand for vital sectors that are not popular in agriculture, industry, and work towards vocational and technical training.
In this accomplishment, the Royal Vision emphasized the importance of finding solutions to reduce unemployment this year and in the years to come, adding that the government allocated 70 million dinars in the general budget for the first time for national employment programs, which will provide about 60,000 job opportunities.
The combination of patriotism and the people’s pulse achieves a lot in light of social, cultural, media awareness, faith in the Hashemite leadership, and the king’s seriousness and keenness to be closer to his wise vision.
