Their latest ploy was a scholars and preachers’ forum in Say’un, organized yesterday by the Guidance and Preaching Department of the Yemeni Congregation for Reform (Al-Islah), “the Muslim Brotherhood‘s arm in Yemen,” in the Hadramout Valley and desert, under the title “The Danger of Houthi Ideology on Hadramout.”
In the opening speech, the deputy secretary of the executive office of Al-Islah, Mounir Bamohimoud, emphasized the gravity of Houthi ideology, describing it as a destructive ideology that poses a threat to Hadrami society, according to (Al-Sahwa Net). Bamohimoud called for the adoption of a moderate religious discourse to eliminate any conflicts between groups and factions, stressing the need to unite against this extremist ideology, and urged security and official authorities to increase their vigilance against this imminent danger.
