Tunisia thanks the United Arab Emirates
In support of Tunisia’s efforts to address the coronavirus pandemic and limit repercussions, the United Arab Emirates has sent two cargo planes carrying 47 tons of medical supplies, confirming its positive role towards the Tunisian people in their crises.
This is not the first time that the UAE has provided support to Tunisia in the face of pandemic, but it has sent to the UAE before that on November 3rd, 2020 aid containing 11 tons of medical and respiratory equipment, benefiting thousands of healthcare workers to strengthen their efforts to contain the spread of the coronavirus.
On 14 July 2021, the UAE also sent to Tunisia an airplane carrying 500 thousand doses of the coronavirus vaccine, which confirms the depth of fraternal relations between the two countries and the two brotherly peoples,
