In organizational matters, the Board reviewed a number of proposals and decisions, including the proposal to determine the value of indebtedness, which would oblige the debtor to apply for the opening of insolvency and liquidation of its funds, and to adjust the amount set for the debtor’s creditor or group of creditors, which would contribute to enhancing the State’s financial and economic competitiveness and raising public financial security levels.
