3 Injured in a “Hard” Landing of a Russian Passenger Plane


A passenger and two crew members of a Russian “Utair” airline plane were injured during a hard landing near Utrennij Airport in the Yamalo-Nenets district.

According to the company, “an An-26 aircraft was making a flight from Sabetta Airport to Utrennij Airport on Friday, amid a severe deterioration in weather conditions characterized by fog and strong winds.”

The company confirmed that “all 36 passengers and the five crew members were evacuated to the airport building, while the injured received the necessary medical assistance.”
