Tunisia – Ennahdha movement try to derail the Tunisian president’s decisions

The terrorist group Ennahdha is still seeking to impose its plans after Tunisian President Kais Saied commissioned an advisory committee to draft a new constitution for Tunisia to establish a new republic, in order to thwart this move towards Tunisia’s stability.

Brotherhood Plans

This comes as part of the Brotherhood’s plans to thwart any moves led by the Tunisian state to undermine the stability and building of Tunisia, in an attempt to destroy and disrupt any decisions taken by the Tunisian state to complete the building of its institutions, after the dissolution of the parliament controlled by the Ennahdha Brotherhood movement after the decisions of the Tunisian President last June.

Ennahdha ambition

Badra Gaaloul, head of the National Center for Strategic Studies in Tunisia, says that the Muslim Brotherhood’s Ennahdha movement has ambitions and goals it wants, by disrupting and confusing any decisions issued by President Kais Saied in order to call his decision into question and incite against the Tunisian state.

The Muslim Brotherhood’s Ennahdha movement is not concerned with the country’s affairs, and it is merely seeking to incite and terrorize the authorities in Tunisia in order to provoke citizens against the state and their president.

She continued: “The Tunisian people no longer trust this terrorist movement or any of their calls and incitement against the State. The demands of rewriting the Constitution in Tunisia are essentially the demands of the Tunisian people”.
