New arm
Regarding the Brotherhood’s suspected attempts to resurface, Dr. Oussama Oueidet, a Tunisian political analyst and leader of the Tunisian People’s Movement, said: The new party, announced by a number of Ennahdha dissidents, will be the new arm of the Brotherhood and the implementation of its plans in Tunisia by appearing in a new entity with a new name with the aim of changing their skin.
The Tunisian political analyst added that this attempt by the Muslim Brotherhood is a new tactic and an attempt to appear in new clothes other than what they showed in Ennahdha in its old form, which lost its popularity and ended completely in Tunisia. He confirmed that the new party will be the clear alternative to Ennahdha and all those affiliated with it are well-known Brotherhood faces, pointing out that this matter needs a real pause to reject the appearance of these elements in new entities to deceive the people again.
Ennahdha failure
Dr. Badra Gaaloul, director of the National Center for Political Studies in Tunisia, said: The presence of Brotherhood elements at the helm of the new party is a new move by Ennahdha to continue obtaining dubious foreign funding to be injected into the new entity and to be present in the arena through this party after the crises that have greatly affected Ennahdha over the past years.
The Director of the National Center for Political Studies in Tunisia added that this entity seeks the so-called rearrangement of the organization’s papers after the failure of Ennahdha in the political arena, stressing that it is an attempt to repair the image of the collapsed Brotherhood after years of the organization in power, which led the country to collapse, destruction and bankruptcy, which was corrected by the Tunisian people and their leadership in its resolutions of last July 25, which echoed the dissolution of the government and the parliament controlled by the Ennahdha Brotherhood movement, and revealed its truth to the whole world.
