China warns of climate disasters in December… 3 destructive waves
Chinese authorities have issued a warning of potential disasters related to temperature drops and rainfall or snowfall during December.
According to the Chinese Xinhua News Agency, it is expected that 3 cold waves will hit China during the current month, according to a joint analysis released by government bodies, including the Chinese Ministry of Emergency Management and the China Meteorological Administration.
The mentioned entities also anticipated a high risk of forest fires breaking out in parts of southern and southwestern China, noting that China may face waves of destruction more severe than usual during the current month.
