Death of 6 People, Including 3 Children, in an Airstrike on the City of Kabkabiya

Six people, including three children, were killed in an airstrike by the Sudanese Armed Forces’ warplanes on two sites in the city of Kabkabiya in North Darfur State, which is under the control of the Rapid Support Forces.

Citizen Adnan Ibrahim from the city of Kabkabiya told Radio Dabanga that an Antonov aircraft dropped two bombs, one of which hit Soling School, resulting in the death of 3 children while they were in school. The second shell fell on a house in the southern neighborhoods, killing 3 civilians. He also mentioned that several people were injured, including women and children.

This is the third airstrike by warplanes on the city of Kabkabiya, where 3 women were killed last April, and several others were injured, in addition to the destruction of large parts of Kabkabiya Hospital.
