El-Sisi’s Presidential Nomination in Egypt Disrupts Muslim Brotherhood’s Plans
Egyptian President el-Sisi announced his candidacy for the presidential elections in response to the overwhelming support of the masses who gathered in public squares to express their endorsement and call for his nomination for a new term to continue the development and construction of the new republic. This announcement was a significant blow to the terrorist Muslim Brotherhood group.
Muslim Brotherhood’s plan revealed
Mustafa Bakri, a member of the Egyptian parliament, writer, and journalist, said that President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi’s decision to run for a new presidential term in the upcoming 2024 elections is a correct decision and a positive response to the millions of Egyptians. This desire is not exclusive to Cairo alone but is present in all cities and villages of Egypt and among all Egyptians.
He added: President el-Sisi saved Egypt from the terrorist Muslim Brotherhood group and deserves the trust of every Egyptian and the vote of every Egyptian, emphasizing the support of every Egyptian.
He continued: Egypt has succeeded in regaining its leadership in the Arab and African regions and in the Mediterranean region during President el-Sisi’s era, in addition to reclaiming its influential role in Arab, regional, and international issues.

Mohamed al-Arabi, the President of the Egyptian Council for Foreign Affairs, welcomed President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi’s announcement of his candidacy for a new presidential term to continue the giant national projects and the sustainable development journey he initiated in the country.
The former Minister of Foreign Affairs stressed that the Egyptian people will not forget that President el-Sisi saved Egypt from a civil war following an attempt to seize the country by the Muslim Brotherhood. He carried the responsibility of leading the country during one of the most challenging periods in Egypt and the Arab world, calling on the Egyptian people to rally behind this wise national leadership.
