According to details reported by the “Mirror,” the symptoms first appeared in April 2024 after a long and exhausting workday, when Dani felt dizzy, thinking it was due to hunger. The next day, she woke up unable to walk or speak, prompting her to go to the hospital, where doctors ruled out a stroke or other illnesses after conducting several tests.
After a month of treatment, doctors diagnosed Dani with Functional Neurological Disorder (FND), which she developed due to severe stress caused by financial pressures, worsened by the cost of living crisis.
Although Dani has regained some ability to speak and walk, she still relies on a wheelchair for long distances and requires continuous additional support.
