Houthi Leaders Flee Sanaa… Details

Israeli threats have prompted Houthi leaders to plan their escape from the country, particularly from the capital, Sanaa, which is expected to bear the brunt of the strikes as it serves as the stronghold of the Iranian-backed militias.

Local sources in the Yemeni capital of Sanaa, currently under Houthi control, confirmed that leaders of the Iranian Houthi militia have begun listing their properties—either seized or built with embezzled funds—for sale on installment plans, according to the Al-Muntasaf website.

The sources noted that this marks a first in Sanaa, with luxurious villas and palaces being offered for sale through installment payments. This clearly indicates the militia leaders’ attempts to flee the capital, fearing a fate similar to their Hezbollah counterparts in Lebanon.

Houthi leaders, including Abdul Malik al-Houthi, are reportedly living in a state of fear, panic, and anticipation over what their future holds, especially in light of recent developments in Lebanon and Syria.

According to the same sources, Sanaa is witnessing waves of Houthi leaders fleeing the capital, either abroad or to internal regions such as Saada, Hajjah, and Raymah. The capital has also become a hotspot for the sale of properties, lands, and other assets owned by Houthi members and leaders.

Meanwhile, several areas under the control of the Houthi terrorist militias in Yemen have been targeted by U.S. and British airstrikes, followed by Israeli strikes on bases and airports.
