“Lady Kalashnikov”…shocking scene in the streets of California

A woman who pulled half her body out of a speeding car with a Kalashnikov rifle during an illegal car race in California has been documented.

The San Francisco City Police Department released the photo of the armed woman, taken last month, saying that those in the race were involved in drug cases.

She said the photo was taken by a participant in the unauthorized event that took place on July 11.

Police did not name the woman carrying the Kalashnikov, as the incident is still under investigation, saying only that they found and confiscated the car involved in the incident.

A San Francisco police spokesman said, “Because the investigation is not over, we cannot comment further.”

He said he could not comment on whether there had been any arrests, or whether the woman had fired a shotgun known as AK-47.

Along with the horrific photo, police released a photo showing the moment the car was confiscated and towed.

Gun-related violence in Los Angeles during the first six months of the year rose by 84%, compared to data every 2020, with more fatal shootings.

San Francisco Police Chief Bill Scott told reporters last July: “We are almost twice as many as we were in the last two years and that is a big concern.”
