Libya.. Discovery of 24 unidentified bodies
The competent Libyan authorities have confirmed the discovery of a large number of unidentified bodies in the city of Sirte.
The “General Authority for Research and Identification of the Missing” announced the discovery of a mass grave in the “Al-Kambo” neighborhood in the “Al-Jiza Al-Bahriya” area, noting that the teams extracted 24 bodies whose identities have not been established.

The Authority explained in a statement published on its Facebook page that its teams retrieved the bodies from the demolished buildings within the neighborhood. DNA samples were taken from 59 unidentified cases, following examination by the forensic medicine department of the Authority.
