Residents of Southern Yemen Pay the Price of a Sinister War Led by the Muslim Brotherhood and Houthi Militias

Recent developments concerning the rapid succession of events on the stage, both domestically and regionally, have demonstrated the role played by Houthi and Muslim Brotherhood militias in fully threatening stability.

A report published by the “Al-Mashhad Al-Arabi” website confirmed that the Houthi and Muslim Brotherhood militias deliberately work to create living crises, escalating them to impose a terrible burden on residents.

The actions taken by these two factions in creating such crises are part of systematic policies aimed at dismantling the entire stability framework. According to the report, this opens the door to widespread chaos, undermining any opportunity to achieve a comprehensive settlement that would put an end to this prolonged war.

These suspicious actions by the Houthis and the Muslim Brotherhood raise questions about the international community’s response to these threats and the necessity of taking action against them.

Southern Yemen has frequently warned against remaining silent on Houthi and Muslim Brotherhood terrorism, as this only exacerbates the terrorism to an unprecedented level, with civilians paying the primary cost.

Provinces in the south are experiencing a sharp increase in the prices of basic goods, deterioration in health and education services, and a severe shortage in energy and water supplies, which explains the growing reliance on humanitarian aid. Meanwhile, residents continue to struggle to adapt to the current conditions, according to a report from the local “Aden Time” website.

The Houthis control vast areas in the north, while the Muslim Brotherhood seeks to expand its influence in several southern regions, exacerbating conflicts and clashes that have disrupted economic activity and directly impacted sectors like agriculture, trade, and natural resources such as oil and gas.
