Saudi crown prince receives warm welcome in Oman
During his visit to Saudi Arabia, Crown Prince Mohammed ben Salmane received many tributes in Oman, during a tour of the Persian Gulf that brought together the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain and Kuwait.

Mohammed ben Salmane arrived in Muscat yesterday evening and was met at the airport by Sultan of Oman Haïtham ben Tariq.
The Sultanate of Oman organized an official reception for Mohammed ben Salmane on his arrival at the Al Alam Palace, where the Sultan took him to the Place of Honor, plays Royal Saudi Peace, and the artillery fired 21 bullets in tribute to the Saudi Crown Prince.
After that, the sultan saluted the official delegation accompanying the Saudi crown prince, welcoming them and wishing them a good stay in their brotherly country, according to Al-Arabiya.
According to a statement issued by the Saudi Royal Court, the crown prince, under the guidance of King Salmane, is on a Gulf tour where he will meet with leaders of: The Sultanate of Oman, the United Arab Emirates, the State of Qatar, the Kingdom of Bahrain and the State of Kuwait to discuss bilateral relations and ways to strengthen them in all fields, and to discuss issues of common concern.
The Royal Court of Oman issued a statement saying: “A number of issues of common interest will be discussed in the interest of both countries, and in a way that achieves the aspirations and hopes of the two peoples for a more prosperous future”.
“Muscat and Riyadh signed 13 memorandums of understanding for projects in the economic sector, with a number of companies owned by the Omani Investment Authority and the private sector signing memorandums with their Saudi counterparts”, the official Omani News Agency reported
