Solidarity of the Emirates people with the Sultanate of Oman against Cyclone Shaheen
The relationship between the United Arab Emirates and Oman has grown in glow and depth with the great popular solidarity campaign with the Omani people in the face of Typhoon Shaheen. A number of activists interacted with the arrival of the hurricane in the Sultanate of Oman, and in solidarity with the people affected by the hurricane in the Sultanate.
The popular uprising revealed that the deep relationship between the Emirates and the Sultanate Oman is not only at the level of leaders and governments. The Sultanate is present in the minds of the people of the United Arab Emirates and has hardened over time. There is no doubt that the strong fraternal bonds between the Emirates and the Sultanate and their peoples became evident at the end of last month when land crossings welcomed Omani citizens with gifts and welcome, with the implementation of easy and quick procedures and the smooth flow of traffic. Police and customs personnel waved the flags of the two brotherly countries, welcoming the return of movement, especially after the reclassification of the Sultanate into the Green List, and thus the freedom of movement for visitors.
The UAE and Oman, in addition to their many contributions, are a pulsating heart of the Arabian Gulf and a great measure of the extent of development, renaissance and human progress in the region.
