The child of “Voice Kids” was dropped off in a care home… And the injured man’s mother reveals the details
The Egyptian Public Prosecution filed, Monday, a child, Moadh Eissa, one of the best known participants in the program “The Voice Kids,” a week in one of observation circles, for assaulting another child, with a key he planted in his head after a dispute between them.
Shaima Hijazi, the mother of student Hassan Sharif, told Al-Ain News that her son was assaulted by “Moadh,” after the latter repeatedly bullied him, and the last time he engaged her son manually before he planted a key in his head that severely injured him and put him in hospital.
She said that her son had performed a surgery called “cranial grafting” because of the fracture, and that a permanent disability could occur if the skull’s bones do not heal again because of the accident, according to the specialist doctors.
She noted that her son’s condition so far is unstable and that he will undergo another surgery from the brain and neurologists in the coming days. She added that his current condition does not allow his statement to be heard by the prosecution.
Hijazi said that her injured son avoided contact with Moadh Eissa in any way, despite his exposure to bullying. He was a good-mannered and ungentlemanly person, and always avoided getting into trouble, especially as he was a sports kid who played a hobby in one of the well-known Egyptian clubs.
The family of the accused had been living in the building opposite their residence for almost a year, she said, and Moudh has been pursuing repeated problems both at school and with his neighbors. The defendant has been haughty and arrogant since he took part in the famous show “The Voice Kids”.
