The Yemeni Muslim Brotherhood turns Marib into a warehouse for looted goods… Details

In a resounding scandal exposing the true nature of the practices of the Islah Party, the political arm of the Muslim Brotherhood in Yemen, the governor of Hadramout, Salem Al-Khombashi, has revealed an organized crime involving looting and highway robbery targeting a vital facility serving thousands of civilians.

In a statement to Asharq Al-Awsat newspaper, Governor Al-Khombashi confirmed that elements affiliated with the Marib authority, which is under the control of the Muslim Brotherhood, carried out the looting of an aircraft fuel supply truck belonging to Seiyoun International Airport. Instead of safeguarding state property, the stolen truck was transported to the heart of Marib city and detained there, a behavior observers describe as “gang-like conduct” rather than that of state institutions.

This crime committed by the Muslim Brotherhood has several serious repercussions, most notably the disruption of air navigation by undermining the operational readiness of Seiyoun International Airport, the direct impact on travel for thousands of citizens, and the deepening of divisions through the exploitation of military influence to turn Marib into a safe haven for looted property.

This incident illustrates how the Muslim Brotherhood exploits the current situation in Yemen to advance suspicious agendas based on plunder and theft, far removed from the false nationalist slogans they claim to uphold.

At a time when Hadramout is striving to reorganize its ranks and secure its facilities, the Islah Party emerges as a major obstacle to development by obstructing sovereign infrastructure in pursuit of narrow partisan interests.
