Arab Coalition successfully interrupts a second attempts attack by Houthi on Saudi Arabia

On Saturday, the Arab Coalition declared that it successfully interrupted and put down an explosive-laden drone launched by the Iran-backed Houthi militia towards Saudi Arabia’s Khamis Mushait. In fact, this new tried attack comes less than 24 hours after that the Arab Coalition frustrated three assaults by the Houthis on Saudi Arabia.

Furthermore, the coalition declared on Friday that Houthis were targeting civilian areas in the southern regions of Saudi Arabia by launching ballistic missile.

It should indicate that the Arab Coalition had intercepted a second assault by the Iran-backed Houthi militia on Saudi Arabia only hours after that it had demolished a drone launched by the group towards the Kingdom’s Khamis Mushait yesterday afternoon.

On Friday, the coalition’s spokesperson General Turki al-Maliki stated that the Arab Coalition interrupted and demolished a drone launched by the Iran-backed Houthi militia towards Saudi Arabia’s Khamis Mushait.

According to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), al-Maliki said that the joint Coalition Forces have intercepted and destroyed this morning (Friday) a bomb-laden UAV launched systematically and deliberately by the terrorist Houthi militia to target civilians and civilian objects in (Khamis Mushait).

He also said: These acts of aggression to deliberately and systematically target civilians and civilian objects by the terrorist, Iran-backed Houthi militia amount to war crimes.

Recently, the terrorist group has been increasing its efforts to attack Saudi Arabia and many areas in Yemen outside its control.
