Egypt.. Man stabs his wife in the middle of the street
A tragic incident occurred today in the city of Sixth of October, west of the Egyptian capital, Cairo. A husband stabbed his wife several times in the neck, chest, and abdomen in broad daylight in the middle of the street due to disputes between them.
The police received a report from local residents stating that a woman had been stabbed by a man in front of everyone. A security force immediately moved to the scene.
Initial inspection revealed that the victim, in her twenties, had several stab wounds in various parts of her body, including the chest and neck, and was lying in her blood in the middle of the street.
The police called for emergency teams who transported the victim, in critical condition, to the nearest hospital where she is receiving intensive care and is now under medical supervision.
Police investigations revealed that the perpetrator was the victim’s husband. A verbal altercation had erupted between them in the street, after which he pulled a knife from his clothes and stabbed her, leaving her in a pool of blood before fleeing.

The police filed a report on the incident and ordered a swift investigation to apprehend the perpetrator and bring him to justice. The prosecutor directed that the necessary care be provided to the victim and that they be notified as soon as her condition improves to question her.
