Pompeo: the US is expecting to trigger a return of sanctions on Iran

Secretary of State, Mike Pompeo, declared on Wednesday that the United States expects a return of all US sanctions on Iran soon after the UN Security Council rejected the proposition of Washington to extend an arms embargo on the country.

To start the return of the sanctions, the United States will present a plaint to the 15-member UN Security Council on the non-compliance of Iran with the nuclear agreement, despite the quit of Washington from the accord in 2018.
