Raids and arrests: Israeli operation in the northern West Bank
A large-scale Israeli operation has been launched by the Israeli army and the Shin Bet in the northern West Bank.
In a joint statement issued by the army, the internal security service (Shin Bet) and the Border Police, the three bodies announced that their forces had begun, during the night, a major operation in the northern West Bank, claiming it aimed to “foil planned attacks.”

According to the statement in Israeli media reports, the operation is expected to continue for “several days” in the area.
The statement noted that the operation will include “searches and arrests based on intelligence information.”
Meanwhile, Palestinian media reported that Israeli forces stormed the city of Tubas and the towns of Aqqaba and Tammun, carried out a series of home raids, forced families to leave their houses, and turned them into military posts.
