The Muslim Brotherhood’s crimes “will not be forgotten” … Egypt thwarts the group’s plans to sell Sinai
Hani Nasira, the director of the Arab Institute for Studies, a writer and thinker, said that the Muslim Brotherhood group, listed on terrorist lists, is not in agreement with the followers of the Sunnah and the community who believe that opposing the ruler is a fitna, and emphasizing the importance of focusing on ethics, integrity, health, and error, pointing out that the politicization of religion is an inherent characteristic of Imamate and Shiite.
Nasira emphasized during a discussion program on the television channel (Al-Qahira Al-Ikhbariya) that discussing the idea of the state and the Islamic vision of the state, and rejecting the idea of opposing the ruler, disturbs the Muslim Brotherhood group, as it is relatively closer to the Shiite than to the followers of the Sunnah and the community.
He also pointed out that all political Islam movements, especially the Muslim Brotherhood movement, seek to restore the caliphate and establish a just imamate, which is an Imamite and Shiite model in particular.
The director of the Arab Institute for Studies added that fundamentalist movements such as the Muslim Brotherhood believe that the heritage has followed a regular course since the time of the Prophet (peace be upon him) until now, and do not speak about extremist groups or the Khawarij, pointing out that Islamic history was not entirely white and included many negatives.
