Doctors recommend engaging in regular physical exercise, including cardiovascular, endurance, and strength training exercises, to boost food metabolism and reduce fat accumulation. They also stress the importance of good sleep and stress reduction to maintain a healthy weight and reduce abdominal fat accumulation.
