Kais Saied: “There is no dialogue except with the honest”
A big rejection in Tunisia of the return of the Muslim Brotherhood Ennahdha to the political scene once again in Tunisia, in light of the wide popular anger with this terrorist group that controlled the country, until the movements of the last July 25 came to eliminate the illusions of that terrorist group in Tunisia.
No dialog with the Brotherhood
In the past few hours, Tunisian President Kais Saied issued a statement that there is no dialog or reconciliation with the Muslim Brotherhood, stressing that there is no recognition, no dialog, and no reconciliation except with patriots. This came in a speech broadcast on the official page of the presidency, during Wednesday’s Iftar banquet, in the presence of the families of the martyrs and wounded of terrorist operations from the military and security armed forces, and a number of the martyrs of the revolution and its wounded.
Tunisian President Kais Saied emphasized that we will not engage in dialog with those who want to strike at the state. There is no dialog except with honest and honest people, and no recognition except for patriots. There is no recognition for those who sold the country or tried to do so, and no reconciliation unless they work for reconciliation and no negotiations with people who have no history.
Tunisian President Kais Saied’s statements came in light of Tunisians’ expectation that a broad national dialog will be held between the movements and political parties in Tunisia. This is what made many observers think that the launch of the national dialog will be announced in light of the results of the popular consultation in preparation for the general referendum, which will be held on the 25th of July.
Rejecting the existence of the Brotherhood
Badrah Qaloul, director of the National Center for Strategic Studies in Tunisia, says: The Tunisian National Dialog will bring together all segments of society and political parties, and will not accept the presence of the terrorist Brotherhood on the dialog table. This is what the Tunisian President confirmed in his statements that there is no dialog with killers and those involved in acts of violence.
The Tunisian analyst added that the national dialog will take place after the end of the Eid holiday and will bring together all segments of Tunisian society. She pointed out that there are demands to prosecute the leader of the Ennahdha Brotherhood movement for its hostility towards the Tunisian people and for his recent decisions, in which the people have triumphed over this terrorist group.
