According to Tasnim, this operation was attended by several top officials of the Revolutionary Guard, including Brigadier General Ali Fadavi, Deputy Commander of the Revolutionary Guard, Haji Sadeghi, representative of the Supreme Leader in the Revolutionary Guard, and Brigadier General Majid Khademi, head of the intelligence apparatus of the Revolutionary Guard.

Operations Room
A first look at the video reveals a room that doesn’t meet the level expected of a main operations center for a country as large as Iran. It contained posters of Deputy Commander of the Revolutionary Guard Abbas Nilforoushan, Hezbollah Secretary General Hassan Nasrallah, and Hamas Political Bureau Chief Ismail Haniyeh, all of whom were killed by Israel.
Long Speech
Speeches preceding sensitive military operations are usually brief and strictly operational, but the situation was different in the Iranian operations room.

Before launching the operation, the General Commander of the Revolutionary Guard forces, Major General Hossein Salami, gave a long speech, saying: “With God’s permission, in revenge for the blood of the martyr fighter Ismail Haniyeh in Tehran and the violation of the national sovereignty of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and for the recent evildoings of this criminal Zionist entity in causing the martyrdom of leaders, as well as the great commander of Hezbollah, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, and the martyr commander in the Revolutionary Guard, Brigadier General Abbas Nilforoushan, and also in revenge for the blood of Gaza’s innocent children and the oppressed fighters in Lebanon, I begin the operation ‘True Promise 2’ in the name of ‘O Messenger of God, O Messenger of God, O Messenger of God.'”

Uncontrolled Reaction
The reactions of the senior commanders of the Revolutionary Guard were also propagandistic. One leader was seen chanting and waving his hands, similar to how Haji Sadeghi, the representative of the Supreme Leader in the Revolutionary Guard, reacted to the operation — scenes usually absent in operations rooms, which are typically marked by calm and emotional restraint.
