Abdelkader Ounissi, the former leader of the Tunisian Ennahdha movement, revealed the secrets and details of Rached Ghannouchi’s activities in the country, where he tried to defend Ghannouchi in response to his investigations. His defense was evidence of the involvement of the leader of the Ennahdha Movement, as he confirmed that Ghannouchi was going to Turkey to obtain weapons free and suspicious. He also pointed to Ghannouchi’s trips to Qatar to obtain huge sums sufficient to meet the salaries of Tunisian employees, without clarifying what these countries get after paying billions of dollars in the form of weapons or cash.
Who is Abdelkader Ounissi?
Abdelkader Ounissi is a former leader of the Tunisian Ennahdha movement, he is the sister-in-law of the leader of the terrorist Ennahdha, Rached Ghannouchi, and the father of the former minister, Mrs. Ounissi, the wife of Amanullah Jawhari. He caused a lot of controversy after he declared Tunisian President Kais Saied infidel and he was following in his footsteps in Tunisia. He also had the idea of creating a special security organization affiliated with the former Islamic Trend movement and Ennahdha in Tunisia at a certain time. Through his organization, he made numerous accusations against leftist parties for penetrating the Ministry of Interior.
Implication of Ghannouchi
The extremist preacher posted a brief statement on his social media page commenting on the trials of Ennahdha leader Rached Ghannouchi in several cases related to terrorism and money laundering: “This man, when the State was unable to go to Turkey to arm the army free of charge to confront terrorism, and when the municipalities were unable to clean their cities because of the absence of vehicles, because Ben Ali left them at the bottom of the line, he would return to Turkey to bring the necessary equipment for the sake of God”, “Ghannouchi is being sent to Qatar to collect salaries when the treasury goes bankrupt and cannot provide employees with salaries”, Ghannouchi said in a Facebook post on Friday, implicating the leader of Ennahdha in suspicions of financing and illegally smuggling weapons.
