The second part of the Emirati field hospital is preparing to enter Gaza
Trucks transporting the second part of the Emirati field hospital are getting ready to enter the Gaza Strip through the Rafah crossing, along with four trucks carrying about a thousand tons of relief materials as part of ‘The Gallant Knight 3’ operation.
The Emirati field hospital expects to be inaugurated in Rafah, Palestine, within a week.
An Emirati medical team will supervise the field hospital and provide medical care to the injured as part of the humanitarian “The Gallant Knight 3” operation initiated by the United Arab Emirates.
The UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that the field hospital will go through several phases, with a capacity of over 150 beds. It includes departments for general surgery, orthopedic surgery, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, anesthesia, intensive care for children and adults, as well as clinics specializing in internal medicine, dentistry, psychological counseling, family medicine, in addition to services such as CT scans, a laboratory, pharmacy, and supporting medical services.
