Former Lebanese prime minister: Hezbollah implements foreign agendas against region and Lebanon
Lebanon continues to suffer many political and economic crises as a result of the control imposed by Hezbollah’s militia in the country, which has exacerbated many of the numerous problems Beirut has encountered because of the militia, which seeks only its own interests at the expense of the interests of the homelands to implement Iran’s agenda in the region.
On the developments taking place in the Lebanese arena, Fouad Siniora, former Lebanese Prime Minister, says: Lebanon suffers from its real crisis with the presence of Hezbollah, which has plunged Beirut into numerous crises, including antagonism and incitement against the security and stability of various neighboring countries. In addition, the country is going through major economic crises due to the lack of vision and terrorist control imposed by Hezbollah in the country.
The former Lebanese Prime Minister added that the Lebanese people are fully aware of the economic and political crises around them, and their response during the past few days has been to dissatisfaction with the Hezbollah militia and its loss to obtain a parliamentary majority.
He added that Hezbollah is working against Lebanon and the Lebanese through its attempts to extend its exclusive authority over all Lebanese lands and facilities, which is rejected by the Lebanese people who seek to develop their country as it was in the past, in addition to the fact that this militia is working to implement Iranian foreign plans in the region as a whole.
A number of citizens staged a protest in Riad Al Solh Square in central Beirut. Others staged a protest in front of the Companies of Nabatieh in southern Lebanon to protest the deteriorating economic and living conditions.
