PSG: Mbappé refuses to return Leandro Paredes
While he is expected to make his loan return at the end of the season, Leandro Paredes would have a portion of PSG’s locker room on his back.
While he is among the many players loaned by Paris Saint-Germain this season, Leandro Paredes has not been convincing on the side of Juventus in Turin, Goal reports.
With only 12 tenures in the entire 2022-2023 fiscal year, the Argentinian world champion is not a big player in the 3rd place conquered by the Old Lady this season.
And as the team said on Tuesday, the Italian club is not expected to raise a purchase option that exceeds 20 million euros.
Mbappé doesn’t want Paredes back
The 28-year-old should therefore return to the French capital at the end of the season, and this idea would not enchant everyone to believe the news of the French daily.
According to L’Equipe, Kylian Mbappé, whose role in the Parisian locker room has become increasingly important since his extension, is not a big fan of Paredes and does not particularly want to see him return to PSG this summer.
Several Parisian players would agree, including Sergio Ramos.
The Spanish defender had indeed been at the center of an altercation with the Turin midfielder during the Paris victory (2-1) in September 2022.
If he is still deemed undesirable by the club’s management, Paredes is likely to have to find another drop-off point this summer, as his contract in Paris expires in June 2024.
