A senior US official: The sanctions of the US on Hezbollah, allies will not stop
A senior US official declared on Thursday that the United States will not arrest imposing sanctions against Lebanese officials allied with Hezbollah although that Beirut declaring a deal to start discussing its maritime border with Israel.

It should be noted that Hezbollah backed by Iran has been at the head of the sanctions with the expansion recently of sanctions by the US against allies of the powerful Shia militant group.
Moreover, and about the details of the discussions, Schenker declared that UN Special Coordinator for Lebanon Jan Kubis would represent the UN whereas Lebanese army officials and experts would represent Lebanon.
