Q683’s Flight to Qatar… Doha trying to evacuate Kabul terrorists
Qatar’s movements and intentions in Afghanistan were not innocent or humanitarian, as some propaganda reports tried to portray the issue since the beginning of the American and Western withdrawal from Afghanistan and the handover of the country to the Taliban terrorist movement, as was recently confirmed by Qatari movements at Kabul airport.
Flight Q683 to Qatar
Afghan reports revealed that the Afghan Foreign Minister had recently prevented the evacuation of 300 passengers on a Qatari plane with flight number Q683 on February 2, 2022, for security reasons despite the Qatari Foreign Ministry’s continuous attempt to allow them to travel to Qatar.
The reports indicate that those whom Qatar tried to court for evacuation from Afghanistan to Doha were mainly Arab figures, confirming the rejection of their evacuation from the Afghan side, and the failure of the regime to transfer terrorists loyal to it from Afghanistan, as well as raising questions about Qatar’s connection with these people, and whether they were members of the Islamic State of Khorassan, which is currently facing confrontation between it and the Taliban?!
The reports also asked about the Qatari objectives of evacuating these terrorists from Afghanistan to Doha, and whether the Qatari regime, whose history has been linked to terrorist groups, intends to use these groups in a new place!
According to Afghan Urdu News, Afghan authorities prevented a Qatari plane in Afghanistan from taking off due to some security breaches while it was taking off from Kabul International Airport last Wednesday.
Afghan Foreign Ministry intervenes
According to the report, the Afghan Minister of Foreign Affairs stopped Qatar Airways flight number Q683 on Wednesday, February 2nd. The plane was carrying 300 passengers, as reports indicated the plane’s non-compliance with the security protocol.
Although no official statement has been made so far, the Afghan journalist said: Boarding was halted for fear that terrorists would join the crowd on board the plane, and it was explained that they were former Arab leaders.
Doubts about Qatar
The Urdu News report also points out that there were strong suspicions about Qatar seeking to turn the Kabul airport into a hand-over base for members of terrorist groups, as Qatari officials felt that a safe passage to Afghanistan could facilitate the control of the movement of these terrorists according to their wishes.
Some local officials believe the Qatari trip was canceled due to information already available about the details of the terrorists Qatar is seeking to transfer to Doha, possibly including anti-Taliban elements of ISIS-Khorassan.
Attempt to control Kabul airport
The Taliban have not yet given a reason to stop the flight, but it points to assertions immediately revealed by experts, explaining that this may be an attempt by Qatar to take control of Afghanistan’s main airport, noting that it is no secret that Afghanistan is improving its relations with Iran, and Qatar may be moving in this direction.
Experts point out that this is not the first time Qatar has considered transferring terrorism from one country to another, as Doha has tried to do before, when it sought to do the same with Iraq before the Taliban took over Afghanistan.
