Coffee contains a large amount of antioxidants that strengthen the skin’s natural defenses. They thus protect it from free radicals, which are responsible for premature skin aging. It is an excellent exfoliant. In addition to its smoothing action, it boosts the firmness of the skin thanks to its content of caffeine that boosts the blood circulation. Applied to the hair, it intensifies the chestnut to brown reflections and gives shine to the lengths. To keep the coffee grounds in good condition, allow them to air dry on a plate and then pour them into a sealed container.
A draining concealer
You need: 1 teaspoon of coffee grounds · 1 teaspoon of cottage cheese.
Pour the white cheese and coffee grounds into a bowl.
Mix thoroughly with a spoon until the texture is uniform.
On clean skin, lay the mask under your eyes in a thick layer and let it work for 15 minutes.
Rinse thoroughly with clean water. To be reproduced once a week.
A toning oil for the body
You need: 2 tablespoons of coffee grounds · 1 tablespoons of coconut oil · 1 teaspoons of honey.
Melt the coconut oil on a water bath or microwave it for a few seconds to liquefy before pouring it into a container.
Add the honey, the coffee grounds and mix.
Apply the resulting oil to the skin by vigorous, circular, bottom-up movements to activate blood flow.
Rinse with warm to cold water.
An anti-allosal exfoliant for feet
You need: 2 tablespoons of coffee grounds · 2 tablespoons of fine salt · 1 tablespoons of olive oil.
Gently mix the coffee grounds with the olive oil in a bowl, then slowly add the fine salt.
When the result is uniform, apply the scrub on the feet with gentle circular movements, for about 5 minutes. Be particularly insistent on the heels.
Remove the exfoliant by rinsing with clean water and dry the skin well by wiping it with a towel.
A tensor mask for the face
You need: 1 tablespoon organic aloe vera gel · 1 tablespoon ground coffee · 1 tablespoon jojoba oil · 1 tablespoon thick fresh cream.
Pour the aloe vera gel and ground coffee into a container and mix with a fork. Add the thick cream and then the jojoba oil. The consistency of the mixture must be thick and smooth.
On the clean, dry face, spread the mask evenly, avoiding the outline of the eyes. Let it sit for about 15 to 20 minutes.
Rinse with warm water, using reusable cotton swabs if necessary, and follow with a moisturizing cream.
A shiny conditioner for dark hair
You need: 2 tablespoons of coffee grounds · 1 tablespoon of conditioner (or mask for hair) · 1 tablespoon of aloe vera gel.
Mix the coffee grounds, conditioner or mask and aloe vera in a bowl.
On a hair just washed and humid, place the care on all the lengths and tips. Leave for 30 to 40 minutes.
Thoroughly rinse the hair to remove any residue from the mask. To be done once a week to intensify reflections.
