Who is the Humanitarian Aid Commissioner Salah Mubarak? 

Dr. Salah Al-Mubarak Youssef, originally from the state of Al-Jazirah, Tamboul city, has worked in the field of judiciary. He later moved to work at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and was appointed as an administrative attaché at the Sudanese Embassy in Switzerland. He then returned to work as the dean of the Faculty of Political Science at the National University. He specializes in international law, humanitarian issues, social development, and has theses in the field of emergency intervention, disaster management, and crises.

He served as an advisor to several security and sovereign institutions in the country during the previous period and has a comprehensive understanding of voluntary organizations, humanitarian aid activities, and community service.
