94 killed in ferry sinking off Mozambique coast
The British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) reported late yesterday, Sunday, citing local authorities, that 94 people have died in the sinking of a ferry off the northern coast of Mozambique.
The report stated that 5 people were rescued out of approximately 130 people believed to have been aboard the ferry.
The report added that the ferry was apparently on its way from Llonga to Mozambique Island off the coast of Nampula.
