SAD – Neymar’s Message to Pierre Ménès

As Neymar leaves PSG for Al-Hilal, he has received numerous messages. One of them, sent by Pierre Ménès, caught the Brazilian’s attention, as reported by Football.

After spending six years wearing the Paris Saint-Germain jersey, Neymar has decided to move on. Understanding that the club’s management wanted him to depart, just like last year, the Brazilian international has chosen to meet Parisian expectations by joining the Saudi Arabian club, Al-Hilal.

Once the transfer was officially announced, the player received a flood of thank-you messages. One of them, originating from France, prompted a response from Neymar.

On his social media, Neymar shared many of these well-wishing messages, particularly those posted by his fellow Paris Saint-Germain teammates.

Amidst all this, there was the message from Pierre Ménès. The journalist had posted a “story” on his own Instagram account, where he appeared alongside Neymar.

Underneath the photo, a comment from the former Canal Football Club personality read: “The magic is gone.” Accompanied by a crying emoji.

“A Thank You”

A gesture that clearly touched the now former PSG player, who shared the post and responded with a “Thank you,” accompanied by folded hands.

The chapter is nevertheless closed for Neymar in terms of France and Paris Saint-Germain, as he ultimately didn’t deliver what the club expected from him over the long term.

In Saudi Arabia, he will have the opportunity to captivate a new audience, eagerly awaiting to be entertained by his talent and skill.
