UAE supports Palestine

The Palestinian people of the United Arab Emirates preserve their sincere brotherly positions and their constant and unlimited efforts and humanitarian role in supporting them and alleviating their suffering under the harsh conditions and the continued suffering caused by the Israeli blockade and internal division in the last decade. Palestinians in the Gaza Strip in particular appreciate the opening of the Emirati field hospital, Sheik Mohammed Bin Zayed Hospital, and look forward to supporting and supporting their Emirati brothers, who are always behind in the cause of Palestine and supporting the Palestinian people in all their places and in all fields.

The UAE hospital, which will be inaugurated by the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza on February 12, 2022, is of particular importance at this particular time. It is, on the one hand, an extension of the Emirati support and a permanent and immediate response to meet the aspirations of the Palestinians, and confirms the depth of the fraternal relations between the two countries and peoples. The construction of the specialized hospital in light of the weakness of the health sector in the face of the coronavirus crisis and the unprecedented increase in the number of people infected with it – with the expectation that the fourth wave will intensify in the coming weeks – is also of special importance.

Since its establishment, under Sheik Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyane, the United Arab Emirates has always been able to support the Palestinian people, and to provide ongoing support to the Liberation Organization and the Palestinian Authority for the support and sponsorship of international and Community institutions. One need only recall for the moment the map of humanitarian aid flowing into Palestine, starting with the contribution to the budget support of the International Relief Agency for Palestinian Refugees, the construction of camps and Emirati cities in Jerusalem in Gaza, humanitarian, development, charitable, recreational and educational aid, orphan sponsorship projects, temporary employment programs projects, maternity and sterility treatment, assistance to university students in paying their tuition and issuing their certificates, group marriage projects, assistance to fishermen, provision of medical aid to disabled people, and support to the health sector by providing equipment examination, artificial respiration, oxygen stations, medicines, medical supplies, ambulances and Corona vaccines, the last of which was a million doses of Sputnik vaccine in January 2022, and other difficult services to count.

The leadership of the United Arab Emirates, which supports the Palestinians, is guided by humanitarian considerations, in keeping with the requirements of fraternal ties and by strengthening mutual ties without political or other orientations. Palestinians know well and appreciate the United Arab Emirates, especially in light of the policies of targeted and conditional support, the atmosphere of giving and desire around them, and always the functional and political goals and objectives unknown to the United Arab Emirates.

For all this, the Palestinians have the right to take pride in their brothers, foremost among them the Emirati leaders, the Government and the people, as they seek to heal their pain and heal their wounds.
