Date of Kylian Mbappé’s Official Announcement to Join Real Madrid
Media reports have revealed the date of the announcement by the Spanish club Real Madrid of the signing of Kylian Mbappé, the star of Paris Saint-Germain, after he announced his departure from the French capital team.
Kylian Mbappé, captain of the French national team, informed his current club Paris Saint-Germain of his departure from the team at the end of the current season.
Mbappé is nearing joining the ranks of the Spanish royal team, after saying “yes” to an offer from Florentino Perez, the president of Real Madrid.
The Spanish network “relevo” stated that it is scheduled for Kylian Mbappé to be announced joining Real Madrid next July.
The Spanish network specified the date, saying: “Real Madrid will announce his signing of the French star days before the start of the Olympic Games in Paris.”
Mbappé‘s contract with Paris Saint-Germain ends this summer, and since January 1st of last year, he has been able to negotiate with other clubs. The 25-year-old player has been linked with a move to Real Madrid.
The striker, who won the 2018 World Cup, joined Paris Saint-Germain from Monaco in August 2017, helping them win five titles in the French league.
The French club sees Mbappé‘s departure as the final step in the old approach the club followed in signing exceptional players, following the departures of other stars such as Lionel Messi and Neymar.
