To fight this problem, awareness is very important. People should not take medicine without a doctor’s advice or share antibiotics with others. It is also important to finish all the prescribed doses, even if you feel better.

Governments need to invest in research to create new drugs and promote responsible use of medicine. Education campaigns in schools and health centers can also help spread the message.

If nothing is done, drug resistance could become one of the leading causes of death in the world, especially for children. That’s why action is urgently needed now to protect future generations.
