Mark Esper: China has limited efforts to combat COVID-19

US Defense Secretary Mark Esper said on Thursday that China has limited efforts to fight the global coronavirus pandemic.

He also added that China has repeatedly fallen short of promises to abide by international laws, saying that Beijing wants to project its power globally.
