Saudi deliberately hits delivery worker with his car… Social media erupts
Social media users in Saudi Arabia circulated a video showing a young man intentionally colliding his car with a motorbike belonging to a delivery worker.
The young man, who carried out the deliberate collision, captured these moments in a video shared on social media. As soon as he committed the act, he fled the accident site in his vehicle, commenting: “Safe and sound.”
The video sparked widespread displeasure among social media users in the Kingdom, who, in turn, called for the prompt arrest of the car’s driver.
Indeed, Saudi security authorities swiftly intervened, and the official account of the General Security announced through “X” (formerly Twitter) that the police in Riyadh had apprehended the perpetrator after he “recklessly drove his vehicle, deliberately collided with a motorcycle, and fled the accident site, documenting and sharing it on social media.”
The General Security, along with a photo of the apprehended suspect, added, “The suspect has been arrested, and legal procedures have been taken against him, with referral to the public prosecutor.”
