Tunisian studies center head unveils Brotherhood terrorist plans to threaten Tunisia and sow chaos

Several moves by the Tunisian state, led by Kais Saied, to purge Tunisia of terrorist plots and conspiring against the security and stability of the country. Over the past few hours, the Tunisian state launched a campaign of mass arrests against a number of Muslim Brotherhood members in the case of conspiring against state security and attempting to overthrow the government.

Mass arrests

The arrests included, since the end of last week, the political activist Khayam Turki, the leader of the Ennahdha movement, Noureddine Bhiri, the activist Abdel Hamid al-Jelassi, the lawyer Lazhar Akremi, the dissolved parliament member Walid Jallad, the director general of Mosaique FM Radio Noureddine Boutar, the businessman Kamal al-Latif, and the two judges al-Bashir Akremi and Tayeb Rashid and others in cases different.

Persistent threats

This comes after the direct threats from Ennahdha and its leaders against the Tunisian people, and through the terrorist leader of the Muslim Brotherhood, Noureddine Bhiri, vice-president of the Muslim Brotherhood’s Ennahdha Movement, who said, threatening the Tunisian state: “Our national, religious and moral duty is to impose an eye that does not fall from the other, is to go out to the streets and say: Leave and enough for this brutal coup.”

Tunisian observers consider the call of the Muslim Brotherhood’s Noureddine Bhiri to be a call for “jihad and fighting” against President Kais Saied, and that an imposition of an eye and an imposition of sufficiency are jurisprudential terms related in particular to jihad.

Muslim Brotherhood Chaos

Dr. Badra Gaaloul, Director of the National Center for Strategic Studies in Tunisia, says that what the Tunisian state is currently doing is to complete the correction of the political situation in the country, after the continuous state of chaos that the movement of the Muslim Brotherhood, Ennahdha, is making attempts to spread discord and chaos in the country, even to conspiring against the state .

She pointed out that whenever the Brotherhood in Tunisia get bogged down, they return to the square of violence, so that they may regain power, governance and their former glory.

She pointed out that the term imposition of an eye, which was threatened by the vice president of the Muslim Brotherhood Ennahdha, is an invitation for fighting and chaos directed directly at the supporters of the Brotherhood in the country and followed by many events that seek to destroy the Tunisian state and its people, explaining that the legislative elections and the stability of the political process in Tunisia are of concern to the Brotherhood because it is the last step that has completely defeated this organization, which makes them look for various ways to sabotage the reform path of Kais Saied, so they resorted to a plan for a coup against the government.
