Abir Moussi: The Brotherhood leads Tunisia to the abyss and bankruptcy

The head of the Free Constitutional Party (PDL), Abir Moussa, said on Wednesday that the Brotherhood Ennahda Movement is selling Tunisia and leading it to hell and bankruptcy.

“The appointment of an individual affiliated with Ennahda as director of the Tunis Afrique Press Agency reveals a will to dominate the media and stifle dissent,” Moussi said in a press statement.

“Tunisia is on the verge of bankruptcy as a result of the Brotherhood’s disastrous economic choices since they came to power,” she said.

“The Brotherhood movement is leading Tunisia to the abyss, selling the country and harming its sovereignty,” she said

Moussi also said : “All Tunisian political forces should boycott the Brotherhood movement and focus on forming a parliamentary majority and a government free of their domination.”

“Prime Minister Hisham Al-Mashishi is a hostage of the Brotherhood movement and is following their instructions to the letter,” she said.

Tunisian News Agency journalists reject the appointment of Kamal Ben Younis as the foundation’s director general, citing the latter as a mouthpiece for the Brotherhood’s Ennahda movement.

In support of their position, journalists began a sit-in last week at the foundation’s headquarters.

“Tunisia has been in an unprecedented political crisis for two months, after President Kais Saied refused to accept ministers for a cabinet reshuffle by Al-Meshishi, backed by Ennahda, on January 26, accusing four of 11 ministers of corruption and conflict of interest.”
